  • Website Maintenance & Support Services
  • Other agreed digital solutions

The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and investment will be defined separately through a project proposal, agreement, or written confirmation.

Project Scope & Requirements

Before starting any project, ClickIconic and the client will agree on:

  • Project objectives
  • Required features and functionality
  • Design direction
  • Deliverables
  • Timeline
  • Investment details

Any additional requirements outside the approved scope may require additional discussion, cost adjustment, and timeline revision.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, the client agrees to provide:

  • Accurate business information
  • Required content, images, logos, and brand materials
  • Necessary approvals and feedback within reasonable timelines
  • Access to required third-party accounts, where applicable

Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication from the client may affect project timelines.

Payment Terms

Project payments will be discussed and agreed before project commencement.

Unless otherwise mentioned in writing:

  • Work will begin after confirmation of the project and agreed initial payment.
  • Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Final files, access, or project handover may be provided after full payment completion.

All payments made to ClickIconic are subject to the agreed project terms.

Design Approval & Revisions

ClickIconic follows a structured design and feedback process.

The client will receive opportunities to review and provide feedback during agreed stages of the project.

Revisions are limited to changes related to the approved project scope. Major changes, redesign requests, or new requirements may require additional charges.

Website Content & Accuracy

The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided content, information, images, trademarks, and materials are legally permitted for use.

ClickIconic is not responsible for copyright or intellectual property issues arising from materials supplied by the client.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services such as:

  • Domain registration
  • Hosting services
  • Payment gateways
  • Email services
  • Software subscriptions
  • Plugins or external tools

These services are managed and paid separately by the client unless specifically included in the project agreement.

ClickIconic is not responsible for service interruptions, price changes, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment:

  • The final approved website design and custom-developed deliverables will belong to the client as agreed.
  • ClickIconic may retain the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party assets, licensed fonts, plugins, software, or external resources remain subject to their respective licenses.

Website Performance & Results

ClickIconic focuses on creating professional, trustworthy, and user-friendly digital experiences.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Guaranteed leads or sales
  • Specific business growth results
  • Third-party platform performance

Business results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, business strategy, content quality, and customer engagement.

Maintenance & Support

If maintenance or support services are purchased separately, the services included will be defined in the relevant agreement.

Without an active maintenance agreement, future updates, changes, fixes, or support requests may be charged separately.

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may request project cancellation.

In case of cancellation:

  • Payments for completed work, delivered milestones, or resources already invested may not be refundable.
  • Any outstanding payments for completed work remain payable.
  • Project files or deliverables will be transferred according to payment completion status and the applicable agreement.

Confidentiality

ClickIconic respects client confidentiality and will not share private business information, documents, or project details without permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

Both parties agree to handle confidential information responsibly.

Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission
  • Attempt to harm website security or functionality
  • Misuse information provided on this website

ClickIconic reserves the right to update, modify, or remove website content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

ClickIconic will make reasonable efforts to deliver professional services.

However, ClickIconic will not be responsible for:

  • Losses caused by third-party services
  • Business decisions made by clients
  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities
  • Technical issues outside ClickIconic's reasonable control
